The Zircon® Leak Alert™ X Smart Water Detector provides audible, visual, and email alerts when it detects water, warning you to a potential water leak. Powered by one 3V lithium battery, the Leak Alert™ X connects to Wi-Fi, eliminating the need for a separate hub. Compact and lightweight, the Leak Alert™ X Smart Water Detector consists of two parts: The detector alarm housed in a plastic, magnetic case, and an attached 9.8 ft. (3 m) sensor cable to enable discreet leak detection in areas not typically accessible with a standard detector. A complete solution can be created by placing an unlimited number of detectors throughout your property as each Leak Alert X operates independently and is individually named during the setup process. To configure, link each detector to your Wi-Fi, then enter the detector location and contact information. Place the detector on any surface, mount on a wall, or affix to a magnetic surface. The sensing contacts must lay flat against the surface in order to detect water.
