The finish helps to slow the greying process on vertical surfaces.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe finish contains biocides, which are active ingredients helping to prevent mould, algae and fungal attack. As such, they should not be used internally, or externally on tables etc where food may be eaten, or timber decking which will be walked upon.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eAvailable in 7 lightly tinted colour tones. A 2 coat application (or possibly 3 thin coats for softwoods or timbers in full exposed conditions). With the strength of the UV in New Zealand, the treated surface should be inspected regularly for fading, and maintenance undertaken where required. In most situations, the finish will last 12-18 months before recoat is required. Recoat is easy. Generally, a wash down and clean is all that is needed, followed by one rejuvenation coat once the timber is dry.
