Electric Hydraulic Thin Wall Tube Bender - Bramley

The Bramley 068HE is a non-mandrel type thin wall tube bender. Only the external wall of the tube is supported during the bending process so some minor deformation of the tube occurs. 

Non-mandrel tube benders should NOT be used where a perfectly uniform finish quality is required.   

Generally when bending thin wall tube, the thicker the tube wall the better the bend achieved.

All bending with Stainless Steel is subject to grade and the following is a guide only.  As a rule the harder the grade (higher the Nickel content) the smaller OD tube that can be bent.

Mild Steel: 1” - 2” OD (1.2mm - 2mm wall thickness) capacity

Aluminium: 1” - 2” OD (2mm – 3+mm wall thickness) capacity

Stainless Steel: 1” – 1-1/2” OD (1.2mm – 1.6mm wall thickness) capacity
