Paradur X.pert M Spiral Flute Tap for producing precision threads by machine tapping, ideal for blind holes.
Specifically for machining stainless steels.
High degree of process reliability in long-chipping materials and materials which have a tendency to stick. Excellent chip removal thanks to 40 degree helix angle. Excellent thread quality even after long periods of use due to higher position of the thread core.
Also ideally suitable for use in high-strength ISO-P materials (850-1300 N/mm2)
Materials from 350 - 1200 N/mm2 or 36 Hrc
