Hand held induction heater ideal for loosening seized nuts, bolts and other hardware such as lug nuts or fuel tank straps. Also useful for machinery maintenance for heating and freeing up tight or rusted fittings.
Can be used to remove soft dents in sheet metal without the damage associated with open flames.
Features:
Utilizes high-frequency electromagnetic fields to induce eddy currents in ferrous and non-ferrous metals, generating heat internally without open flame. Not suitable for stainless steel.
Built with a strong, heat-stabilized thermoplastic housing and includes a cooling fan with overheat protection.
Equipped with a bright LED light at the front of the tool to illuminate the work area.
The indicator light changes from white to yellow to signal when the unit is in overheat mode.

How it works:
1. A selected induction coil is placed around or near the metal part to be heated.
2. The device converts the current to a high-frequency alternating magnetic field.
3. This field induces electrical currents (eddy currents) within the conductive metal.
4. The internal resistance of the metal generates heat, making the part expand and easier to remove or manipulate.
