Description
The SmartWasher SuperSink Parts Washer Heavy Duty Start-Up Kit combines the SW-28 SuperSink Parts Washer, OzzyJuice® Heavy Duty Degreaser, and the FL-4 OzzyMat® filtration system, removing grease and grime while using bioremediation to help keep the system clean and environmentally responsible.
The SW-28 SuperSink Parts Washer is built for heavy-duty use with a much larger sink capable of handling bigger and heavier components. With its extra-large sink and dual brush flows which allow two people to clean side by side, it is the preferred model for mining, steel, and other heavy industry companies.
The system includes OzzyJuice® Heavy Duty Degreaser, a pH-neutral cleaning solution that effectively removes grease, oil, and grime from parts. As the fluid cleans, a natural process called bioremediation breaks down contaminants into harmless by-products such as carbon dioxide and water, helping keep the fluid cleaner for longer.
Supporting the system is the FL-4 Multi-Layer OzzyMat®, which introduces specialised microbes into the washer. The OzzyMat filters particles larger than 50 microns while delivering microbes that break down organic waste in the OzzyJuice tank. Replacing the mat every 30 days helps keep the SW-28 operating at peak performance.
