The SmartWasher SuperSink Parts Washer Select Metals, Aircraft & Weapons Kit combines the SW-28 SuperSink Parts Washer, OzzyJuice® Select Metals, Aircraft & Weapon Degreaser (SW-8), and the OzzyMat® filtration system for a complete parts cleaning solution.
The SW-28 SuperSink Parts Washer is built for heavy-duty use with a much larger sink capable of handling bigger and heavier components. With its extra-large sink and dual brush flows which allow two people to clean side by side, it is the preferred model for mining, steel, and other heavy industry companies.
The system includes OzzyJuice® Select Metals, Aircraft & Weapon Degreaser (SW-8), a pH-neutral cleaner that effectively removes grease, oil, and grime from parts. While the fluid cleans, a natural bioremediation process breaks down contaminants into harmless by-products such as carbon dioxide and water, keeping the system cleaner and environmentally responsible.
Supporting the system is the FL-4 Multi-Layer OzzyMat®, which introduces specialised microbes into the washer. The OzzyMat filters particles larger than 50 microns while delivering microbes that break down organic waste in the OzzyJuice tank. Replacing the mat every 30 days helps maintain peak performance.
