SmartWasher Mobile Parts Washer High Performance Degreasing Start-Up Kit delivers a complete parts cleaning solution for workshops requiring large capacity high-performance degreasing. Combining the SW-33 Mobile Parts Washer, OzzyJuice®High Performance Degreasing Solution, and the OzzyMat® filtration system, it removes grease and grime while using bioremediation to help keep the system clean and environmentally responsible.
The SW-33 Mobile Parts Washer fits every application with its unique, user-friendly design, large sink size, mobility, and excellent features. It has a detachable control module, which is easily serviceable for efficient maintenance.
It includes an extra-long angled brush/hose for hard-to-reach places and a customised dolly with footstep for easy movement.

The system includes OzzyJuice® High Performance Degreasing Solution, a pH-neutral, heavy-duty degreaser that effectively removes grease, oil, and grime from parts. While cleaning, a natural bioremediation process breaks down contaminants into harmless by-products, helping keep the fluid cleaner for longer.
Supporting the system is the FL-4 Multi-Layer OzzyMat®, which introduces specialised microbes into the washer. The OzzyMat filters particles larger than 50 microns while delivering microbes that break down organic waste in the OzzyJuice tank. Replacing the mat every 30 days keeps the SmartWasher operating at peak performance.
