The SmartWasher Mobile Heavyweight Parts Washer Select Metals Aircraft & Weapons Kit delivers a specialised parts cleaning solution for workshops handling select metals, aircraft components, and weapons. Combining the SW-37 Mobile Heavyweight Parts Washer, OzzyJuice® Select Metals, Aircraft & Weapon Degreaser (SW-8), and the OzzyMat® filtration system, it removes grease and grime while using bioremediation to keep the system clean and environmentally responsible.
The SW-37 Mobile Parts Washer handles a wide range of applications. Its user-friendly design, large oversized sink, and 454 kg load capacity suit parts of all sizes. The unit moves easily on a mobile dolly or stays in place with locking casters. A detachable control module allows efficient servicing and maintenance.

The system includes OzzyJuice® Select Metals, Aircraft & Weapon Degreaser, a pH-neutral cleaner that removes grease, oil, and grime. While cleaning, bioremediation breaks down contaminants into harmless by-products, keeping the system cleaner for longer.
Supporting the system is the FL-4 Multi-Layer OzzyMat®, which filters particles over 50 microns and introduces microbes that break down organic waste. Replacing the mat every 30 days keeps the washer performing at its best.
