They are manufactured from 100% new materials and high quality FKM and NBR rubber.
The gaskets are manufactured with a 5 layer design:
1: Half Beads - Provide a two-line compression seal along the coolant and engine oil passages, along bolt holes and outer gasket edge
2: Elastomer Coating - Fills out roughness in the materials to eliminate micro-leaks
3: Center (Carrier) Layer - Adapts the gasket thickness to the installation conditions
4: Combustion Chamber Perimeter - Generates three-line compression around the permieter of the combustion chamber to allow it to cope with high pressures
5: Segmented Stopper in Functional Layer - Pre-stressed to eliminate sealing gaps and prevent excessive deformation
